AMG 2011 - Last call for contributions

Hello fine folks of these forums which have assisted people living with HIV or fearing getting it and who need advice, support and a place to go.  As you know we will be having our AMG (AIDSMeds gathering) in August 2011 in Seattle, WA.  It is through the kindness of so many people over the years that some folks who would have been unable to do so were able to go to an AMG and bond in person with friends, old and new.  It has been a wonderful experience indeed I may say.

Anyway, just a reminder that if you are able, in this difficult economy, to make a coontribution that would be great as the grants committee would like to begin the logistics of making travel preparations for those people who will be beneficiaries of this years grants.  You make contributions by check or money order or by pay pal.  Please PM the grants committee for details, if again you can do so.  No contribution would be too small, every dollar adds up!

It bears repeating what Jody said about no contribution being too small  ;D It's not about how much you can donate because even a few dollars would help immensely.  $5 can go towards offsetting meals costs, transportation costs, etc..

So remember you don't need deep pockets to help send one or more of our fellow members to Seattle to enjoy the camraderie that is AMG!
