Hi, 2 weeks ago I had the following behavior with a shemale CSW:
1) unprotected oral sex (both give and receive).
2) protected anal (insertive)
3) he licked my anus
4) again unprotected oral and i come in his mouth
the day after i started to feel unconfortable in y penis. i did urinne test and doctor said it is very dirty. i took anti bio and it worked.
my partner tested negative for hiv 3 days after that (but he has multiple partners).
now two weeks after exposure i got cold for 3 days with these symptoms: 1) runny nose 2) sore throat (irritation and cant swallow good) 3) sneezing 4) not comfortable in stomach (gas comes up). 5) fatigue. I dont have any fever or rash. I am very anxious and spend all my time screening.
1) can my symptoms be related to hiv?
2) is there any other std with these symptoms?
3) why my urine was so dirty the day after exposure? is it related to STDs?
4) what is my risk ?
Thanks for your help

Thanks for answer but Please add the following facts to my case and tell me why i am experiencing those symptoms? I've never had cold like this in all my life. it is strange. stomach gas and running nose and sneezing and sore throat (without fever). I dont know what disease is this. I never experienced cold or flu like this before (it started exactly 14 days after exposure).
1- it was my first time and i even didn't know how to wear condom (he did it for me). However when i took the condom off it was covering my penis (although i didnt check for hole or anything on it).
2-i'm also worry coz he used some cream as lubricant

As long as the head of your penis (specifically the urethra) was covered, you were protected. This is absolutely not an HIV situation.

but I have symptoms. swollen nodes under my check and feeling strange in my ears (like kind of pressed). and also a mild sore throat. B.T.W could you please answer if any other STD viruses can cause these symptoms as I listed before? (sore throat, ruining nose, sneezing but not fever. I also feel tired. Im taking medicine for cold but thet dont work at all ).

You never had an exposure to HIV and this forum is HIV specific.

Sad,
If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with a virus for which you have not been at risk.
