Am I at Risk?

Hi,
i'm a 27 years old guy from Germany and i need to ask you some Questions about possible HIV Transmission. First of all i would like to say that this is a great Forum and you all do a great Job in teaching people about HIV.
I've ever tried to do Safe Sex, but i am still afraid in getting HIV because of some symptoms i got (rash, swollen lymph nodes). In the last 6 Month i had a couple of sexual contacts to women (four Women) here in Germany. With all of these women i had unprotected mutual masturbation (she masturbated herself, then me; maybe with vaginal fluid on her fingers; then i masturbated them and then myself), unprotected oral sex (they gave me; there were no blood in their mouths)  and protected vaginal intercourse (the condoms seemed to be unbroken).

One Woman lost a lot of Vaginal Fluid while she was sitting on me and we had protected intercourse. Now i'm thinnking about that some of that fluid passed my anus.

I'M just freaking out while i'm thinking about that.

Now i would like to know if there were any risk for contracting HIV. Do i have to change my sexual practices or is everything completely fine?

You have not had a risk for hiv infection.

Mutual masturbation is not a risk for hiv infection.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body. Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.

Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection.

Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Protected intercourse is just that - protected and is not a risk for hiv infection.

Condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. There have been long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.

Here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER ANY OF THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES YOU DESCRIBE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

You're doing the right thing in using condoms. Keep up the good work and stop worrying.

NO, bleeding gums are a symptom of gingivitis, not hiv.
