ALL protease inhibitors Cholesterol lowering drugs: simvastatin (Zocor, Vytorin), lovastatin (Mevacor) Sedatives:triazolam (Halcion), midazolam (Versed) Migraine meds:ergotamine (Cafergot) TB drugs:rifampin; rifapentine Supplements:St. John’s wort In addition, individual PIs that have other specific “do not use with” warnings:

Thanks for posting the current DHHs treatment guidelines.( link for PDF) I had downloaded it the other week, when it came out, but lost it, when I had reformatted my computer. Good to have it back again.
