I am Brazilian, married, 25 years, They forgive me for the bad English, in Brazil does not exist so good sites Here how much this.

had a bisexual relation of oral  sex active unproctected per 30 seconds without ejacullation with a professional of the sex.

I was completely overwhelming per days and days.
I carried through an examination PCR min/400 you copy RNA after Plasma with 20 days
the resulted occurrence: Not detected.

After 3 weeks of the happened one, my wife comes presenting a picture followed itch of red skin that is per one 30 minutes, mainly in the face, arms, already makes 2 months with these itches the dermatologist said to be urticary, it she is sufficiently allergy and I also come presenting itches now in this 11 week but without red skin as it...

I feel that I have we of linfonodos of the size of a beans in the armpit and mandibula and my wife not possue.

My questions:
1) these itches followed of red skin with long duration have to have with symptoms of the infection acute? in case that not, it has some another related STD?

2) 20 after PCR RNA quantitative 400 you copy/days - which effectiveness?

3) Which the possibility of contamination with the sexual activity that I had?

Debtor God blesses to all LUIZ

Well, lets start with the incident.  If you were getting the blowjob (that means he was sucking on you) then you have ZERO worries.  If you were giving the blowjob the risk is miniscule at best and generally only happens theoretically.  Either way your wifes symptoms would not have come from the one unprotected oral incident that you had.

Luis, giving a blowjob is at the very low end of the risk scale, especially if ejaculation has not taken place. Ordinarily we don't even consider it something you need to get tested for.

My guess is your anxiety/guilt about this experience is through the roof. And really without any basis in HIV science. For instance, there has been some anecdotal evidence of transmission from sucking, but much more evidence from longterm studies that it is NOT a risk. So you have to decide what level of risk you are prepared to live with.

As far as your wife is concerned 1) she wouldn't be having symptoms this early on and 2) there is absolutely nothing in what you have described which is suggestive HIV infection.

I certainly expect you to continue to test negative.

thank you Andy Velez,

These notice had livened up to me very. I go to effect definitive test ELISA after 3 months. Then the followed symptoms of itch of redness per 30 minutes during 2 months are not indicative of Infection Acute HIV?

Another thing, the fact of the contact to have been sex oral, would have as one virus to enter in small quantify and for being in small amount it to delay to talk back itself giving negative in my PCR RNA with 20 days? Or the response is not related with the type of run risk?

Very thanks again

Luiz

That's right, your risk was so low that I wouldn't ordinarily even think you needed to test.

Your symptoms mean NOTHING in relation to HIV. If they continue you should discuss them with your doctor.

I expect you to test negative.

I thank its words that had encouraged to me to make this test.

Then with 20  days  PCR RNA and antibody after 3 months ( metod: Quimioluminométrico HIV1/HIV2 - envelope and Core recombinant) Im free of hiv right?

Andy,

I was seeing the dates of the examination,

DAY OF THE SEXUAL RISK - 07/01/2007
DAY OF PCR RNA - 27/01/2007
DAY OF EXAMINATION ANTI HIV1 HIV2 - 03-04-2007

Or either 12 weeks and 1/2 of exame antibody
E lacked 3 days and 1/2 to complete 3 run months.

I can trust exactly having lacked to these 3 days?
in case that confirmed I lock up my participation here, I ask for excuses for the insistence, is that my mind is very anxious

Best regards, Luiz

Ann,

I say this because

I have smalls lymph nodes when check in my neck  and armpit, I feel small balls of the size of a beans the 2 months, and this week appeared a new that it aches and small also in the jaw (neck). If it was related to the HIV, limph nodes as is prohibited of the organism, already it would accuse POSITIVE ANTIBODY?

Luiz,

You cannot diagnose hiv through swollen lymph nodes. Lymph nodes will swell with ANY infection in your body and they will also swell and become painful if you continually touch them to see if they are swollen. Keep your hands off your lymph nodes. If they continue to bother you, see your doctor.

And yes, if your nodes had anything to do with your incident and hiv infection, both of the test you took would have returned positive results. They didn't. You are conclusively hiv negative. You never really had a risk in the first place.

Ann

HELP URGENCY - Fingering Anal Unprotected + Saliva * 3 days whithout sleep =(
« Reply #14 on: October 20, 2007, 11:19:03 pm »
I am of Brazil, is the second time that I appeal the AIDSMEDS because here the information are not objective as here.

I am married, but because of the excess of alcool I had a relation with sexworker (transexual probably s+).

I am deeply sad. I do not feed me well I do not sleep well make 3 days.

The relation that I had was :

Fingering anal unprotected (10 minutes)
Oral Protected with Condom

1) Which the risk that I have to contract hiv for fingering anal?

* it passed saliva in mine butt
* I was very drunk. I did not see the conditions of the fingers of the transexual ( cuticule broken, hurt , cut .. )
* I have a hemorroidses beginning
* If the butt at the moment of fingering will have hurt anal

2) I already made examination of all STD's the 3 months. I must repeat for this my exposition?

3) I am despaired. Because still I did not make sex with my wife and I do not know more what to say. because normally we make unproctected sex.

4) Exist some test VERY sensible with 3 days after the risk?

THEY FORGIVE FOR THE BAD ENGLISH

THX FOR ALL

BEST REGARDS. LUIZ

Ann,

My concern is that I do not know the STATUS of the finger of the SexWorker.

If the finger will be cut or cuticule opened or with the cracked skin?
I run some minimum risk?
I can to make sex with my wife unprotected without needing to test?

ps * forgive for 2nd login ...

Thanx

Luiz, your only problem with fingers are the ones you have stuck into your own ears. You're not listening!

You've been told you were not at risk. Period. End of story no matter what your mind comes up with otherwise. This was not an HIV risk situation.

And no, you and your fingers don't know more about HIV than we do.

Take a breath and get on with your life. If you continue to have troublesome symptoms that's something to discuss with your doctor. Your problem doesn't become HIV by default simply because you don't have another explanation.

Andy,

My fear is of wounds in the finger of the SexWorker that entered in contact with my anus and the attrition a possible exchange of blood. Does not exist none thus case in the transmission medicine?
independe of the status of the skin of the finger?

The episode happened the 4 a few days ago. I do not have symptoms.
They forgive for the Andy insistence is that I read much thing that fulled my head of unreliability. The words of this forum comfort me very and the thing that more I want is to erase this of my mind.

best regards

In the entire history of the epidemic I don't know of a single documented case of transmission from fingering.

I feel safe in saying you aren't going to make history by becoming the first.

This is not about HIV science. It's about your guilt over having been with someone other than your wife. Stop indulging in all of this drama. Really.

I understood. very thx for the understanding only for curiosity. the reason of a cut finger not to contaminate a person is for the difference of PH of the blood of the finger for the environment of anus?

I'm suspicious about your "curiosity," because usually that term really means the person is intent on holding on to their unfounded fear.

HIV is not an easy virus to transmit. It needs a very welcoming environment. Getting a finger in your butt doesn't provide that. And it's safe to you didn't have copious amounts of ripe, fresh HIV+ blood pouring into your anus from the finger of the lady in question.

This is all head stuff going on here, Luiz. Really.

Generally is registered the transmission way when a person if it becomes hiv+?
It you already saw many cases of negative examination in fingered?

Luiz,

Not one person has EVER become positive through fingering and you won't be the first.

As Rodney mentioned, you're getting very close to being given a time out. You had no risk and it's time you moved on with your life.
