Final Head Count Needed
« on: July 29, 2009, 11:11:41 pm »
Hello Everyone,

I need to submit a final head count this week to all the vendors I'm working with.

If anyone who has confirmed their attendance this year, but WILL NOT be participating in either the meet and greet, scavenger hunt, or Salem tour, please let me know (if you haven't already).

Also, if you are a local in Boston and would like to join us for any of the events, let me know as well so I can include you in the count.

Thanks
Dennis

Hubby, Mim, and I will still be attending everything we've signed up for but we'd also like to sign up for the ghost tour (if we're still doing it) after the witch tour.  Hubby's suddenly decided that he can sleep on the plane Monday.  If no one else is doing the ghost tour and it's been called off, please let us know.

Thanks!
Hubby, Mum, and Mim - see you in a week!!!!

No changes here. I am trying to pack.

Maybe I'll just go naked and christen the "Whorient Express" properly.

Now Mark -- remember that Boston was started by the Puritans........  plus I have many friends up there -- don't do anything that I wouldn't do   ;)

I'm still up for everything I've signed up for.

Santi and I will be at the meet-n-greet, and both Salem tours. I think I posted that before, but wasn't sure if we confirmed for the Ghost tour.

Good work Dennis! You're really a great coordinator/cat-hearder.

I am going to drive down for one day.  I was going to park at Riverside and take the T in, I just have to check the schedule. It is either going to be Friday or Saturday. I will know better in the next day or so, will that be too late?

Thanks,
Snow

I'm doing Meet and Greet, and the two tours in Salem.

I've missed where the planning for Fenway was taking place, but I think I'm going with a guy in Boston anyway so I'll be there just not in the same block of seats.

Well, I agree that Dennis has been a fantabulous cat HERDER -- but the question that begs to be asked with all this back and forth going on is:

How is he at stepping into a cat FIGHT?!   ;D

Can't wait to finally meet everyone!  I'll be the first to arrive, so I get to see you ALL come along.

Hugs,
Mike

I guess I'll just have to show up, if for no other reason than to post bail.   ::)

Who's in for everything except the Salem night tour (too scary for me), and the paint drying thing (aka MLB), that some fools are going to on Monday.

I am in for everything, including the baseball game.  I have not fully made up my mind about the Salem tour but will most likely join everyone else anyway.  Looking forward to seeing everyone in a few days.

I'm in for the meet & greet, the scavenger hunt, and the Salem thingy. I'll have to pass on the Sox game most likely however, because me + crowds is not a good thing.
