There was I drag queen in Memphis during the 80's her name was Roxy Blue. I always said she would stick to the stage like glue so someone named me Epoxie Glue.

But with Hal's formula I would have been named Baby Harrison.

By the traditional method (it's used by DQ's AND porn stars) I'm Sandy Hepburn.

Using that stupid DQ name generator, I'm Harlotte Intervention.  ::)

Without using any formula, I am, and always have been, Rulla Lenska.  A little known English/European actress of the 70's who advertised shampoo or something like that, here in the U.S.

Formula Challenged.
The Bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals,
and 362 to heterosexuals.
This doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals,
It's just that they need more supervision.

This one will probably only make sense to the Aussies and the Kiwis, but here goes.,

A Kiwi comedian called Alan Brough mentioned (on national television too!) once that he met a Turkish DQ called Barbara Ganoush. He went on to say that if he (Alan) was ever gonna do drag, it would have to be with Barbara and he'd be:

Dawn Service!

Brutus Edwards

I look way too good in a dress to be called Brutus Edwards.

Of course for the porn star formula it's Brutus Lexinton which makes me wonder if I should've been a porn star.

I am a reigning queen.   seriously.

I am the reigning 1994-95 Miss $1.99.   Tragically the bar closed and now I'm stuck with the title.... forever.

I was Miss Congeniality for the Miss $1.69 Pageant at the Parliament house in 94.

My drag name was, is and forever will be "Gwen Dononim"  as in 'going down on him' :P

To those who aren't familiar with these types of pageants, they are basically fund raisers and a pageant is performed with the idea of being NASTY ASS skankarific drag queens.

For example, the person who won the swimsuit competition came out wearing a g string thong and bikini top... oh.. and he weighed about 400 lbs.   It's all in good humor and pokes fun at the 'real' pageants, but the contestants still take it seriously most times.

I ran for Homecoming Queen once in a bar.  I finished last and everyone kept closing my handcuffs on my bar stoll, (as if that was a problem?).  They said if I had not run for queen, I would have won the "BITCH" Category hands down.  The Bitch won condoms and lube!  Have the best day

This thread needs reviving I think.

Using the first pet/first street formula: Leonardo Ridge. I love it.

Edited to add: God, what an insufferable pretentious kid I must have been to name my golden retriever Leonardo; and gosh, so gay.

Her finely-touched spirit had still its fine issues, though they were not widely visible. Her full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth. But the effect of her being on those around her was incalculably diffusive: for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.

George Eliot, Middlemarch, final paragraph

using the formula I would be Blackie Amaral ( YUK) or Blackie 78th Street ( I don't think so)

Only did drag once and I looked like Rita Moreno on crack....awful....my chosen name is......

drum rolls........

Using the old pet + street formula, I would be:

Blaze Dickson

However, in days of old I sometimes touted myself as any of the following....

Ms. Tina Burns

Amber Vial

and of course...

Viola Kaye

You're all a bunch of clap carrying low rent whores.

Matty the Damned has decided to dispense with this stupid pet's name/mother's stripper name crap and go with his own.

"Mother Nasty" will do nicely.

One of the first drag qeens I ever met (and liked) was called Magnolia Thunderpussy.
The fact that he worked at the shipyard and stood 6ft7 seem to give credence to the name
when she thundered on stage and did a rendition of "It shoulda been me"

Using the method suggested to coin a name...mine would have been
Blacky Loftin...sultress of de field (as in corn field) ::)

Mine was Michelle Michaels and won the crown of Miss Lake Charles 1975. I was so sexy that year being just 18 years old, innocent and no virgin by a long shot.

Seems like just like yesterday, working it with my other queer buddies at the Chicken Coup in Montrose... Such a great time to be gay and young!  :P

Please welcome to the stage, the marvelous, fabulous, scrumptious...

Anastasia Van Boostiea

......

Using the methods, it would have been Rusty Smile or Rusty Rustin. Both of those sound more like porn star names than drag names.

Going with the formula, I'd be "Cheech Warren" ?

Using the middle name and street you grew up on, I'd be "Liz Divot."

NOW we're getting somewhere, but.....

um, my married name was Cindy Fudge.  No, REALLY!  (and I'm diabetic, but that wasn't the first thing people thought of, I'm sure....lmao).  I changed it, needless to say  ;D

but thats appropriate for a "drag" name for a woman...since they get boys names and men get girls names. There are "drag king" contests just as there are "drag queen contests", one only imagines.
