Great find!  I have def fallen into the start treatment early camp. Thanks for the posting.

It's interesting that there are now two separate threads going with similar titles as this one with words implying the benefits of "early" treatment.  When the articles cited clearly state "very early" treatment.

Forgive me for splitting hairs,  but it's not the same thing.
