I just came out recently and I got into a relationship with an amazing guy. I have never  had sex or done oral or anything. We agreed to both get tested if we were going to be sexually active. My concern was that we made out heavily and he bit my lip and it was bleeding. If he was bleeding too since I bit him and I was bleeding is this a risk I now have small wound on my upper inner lip. We also rubbed our penis together and he was precumming a lot and my penis had irritated skin. He thinks I’m over
Reacting cause I freaked out when my lip bled and he hasn’t been tested in a year should I be concern. Also his Precum got on my finger cut Cuticle / and cut on my hands is this a concern? Is any of this a concern? When I called my dr they said any blood contact regardless of intact skin or not it’s a risk and they mentioned there’s been several cases of deep kissing with blood cases where they turned positive. I did read the welcoming page but I’m still concern.

Kissing isn't an HIV concern and dismissed as a route post HAART era (1995) and the precum and rubbing against each simply lacks all the conditions needed for you to aquire HIV.

The cuts on your hands, fingers are not even a route for HIV, hence nobody has ever acquired HIV from day to day cuts etc.

That's a nice idea but regardless of test results to avoid (reduce) future exposure to HIV use condoms for any intercourse no exceptions and consider PrEP as an additional layer of prevention. Finally, test out of routine at least yearly for HIV and easier to acquire STI's

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and, the only way of knowing is by testing.

Thank you for the information. The fresh wounds from getting bit inside my lip would that be a pathway for hiv if his mouth was bleeding? I had a fresh wound that was bleeding cause I could taste the blood from him biting me. Would you suggest going to the ER to get it checked out and get that medicine that people talked about on here to prevent a virus. I think there’s a time frame.

It's not an HIV risk. I suggest you move on with your life unless there is some activity you have not mentioned here.
