 diagnosed with this devil poison in my blood on last 16 Jan . Even im without any psycho therapy or any family or friends support due to where i live temporary , is completely stigma and legal issues for this virus i cant go back to my country’s due to again stigma and i will drag my parents to this hell. And again even i cant access to treatment or medicine due to sort of issues. Currently after doing 24x7 searching all over the world manage to get some medicine from south africa thanks to dr who helped me instantly but yet my life is only safe for a 3 months with medicine and again run out medicine and have to find a way to go to find some tablets to save my life temporary. Cd4 760, V load 11,450. The again i found so many countries reject migration because of hiv. Person who face more than enough challenges and again whole world is against me. Reject me isolate me. I no find god anymore.

There is lots of caring ppl all over the world. Most of the time it is only government regulation that’s sucks. I understand you frustrating. I am sure there are options available.

Thank you for everyone. Im originally from south Asia but as same as most of us doing is fly to where i live at the moment for finding jobs and earn some money but yet its a wrong place for HIV and sexual orientation.  I could go away from the pressure for the marriage but again it end up with turning the life 360’ degrees.
My temporary resident place is ok as long as hide my status but once they find it , job termination , legal issues deportation and if i go back to home country, im gonna face poverty plus social stigma , not only for me but also my parents. And i cant get risk of our lives there.  So far i can try to survive as long as my job is with me. But which is unpredictable at what time im gonna face my deportation due to some official duty license renewal routine for the job and which is coming after 6 months. Now im daily sending email to some organizations and plan to run away looking a second chance to live not for a fancy life. Life is hard and it makes hardest by social stigma and capitalism. Which is cost our lives than what hiv does. Sometimes society is killing me than the virus: victims of hiv needs more support than any other, but yet what happened is getting ignored by whole world while talking so called socialism everywhere. Im ready to fight until the last breath.

I understand that life is tough esp the stigma part if you are from South Asia esp if it is a Muslim country. Also if you are currently working in south east Asia country where hiv screening is done in order to re-new work permit. At same time travelling to Bangkok is not allowed to get medication.

Really, I don’t see any way getting pass the work permit part if you need to face that part. Perhaps you need to consider heading back to ur country of origin first & later move to somewhere where a government accept hiring hiv+. I mean you can’t be hiding ur status & at the same time work (without permit).

Sorry to here about your situation, unfortunately there are still a number of countries that do not accept people living with HIV even visiting, let alone working there unless they are citizens.

I understand your need to work and provide for your family, but you can only do this if you are fit and healthy. The only way you can do this is by getting on medication and adhering to it. To purchase and use HIV medication erratically as you seem to be doing will lead to complications and bigger problems for your health in the long run. Your priority should be to secure a constant supply of medication so you can protect your health and provide for your family long term. Even if that means a change of job, employer and location.

I wish you good luck with that, I know it is easier for me to say than do.

Exactly when i just type hiv , it shows no cure , death, complications etc bunch of things what will happen hereafter. So medicine is the key to live and give a life to zombie body. Time is stressing and challenging so there is no challenge than this. Going back to home and applying for a work permit is a kind creat another issue and stuck there because most of counties wont give even a single visitor visa for 3rd world country like us , and now even with hiv definitely stuck life time. So at the moment one of my visa is on the way for a western country and where i can access to medicine via some NGO programs and less discriminating for being positive . Decided to go there and find a solution with same sex right organizations. It is a huge challenge but again less than what i face now. So ill give a try and see what will happen. Now no fancy dreams , just place to work live and earn some money for medicine and survive.Thats it. Sometimes this disease makes me strong to try no matter what it is , for my surviving. Im new to this and 2 weeks on medicine. My Dr prescribed me Ranega ( DTL - dolutegravir 50mg, Tenofovir 300mg, Lamivudine 300mg in one pill one per day). I know effectiveness is different person to person and how side effects. If anyone use this , please let me know your experience and it will help a lot for me to understand how it works for others.

Glad to hear you have started treatment.

Your combo would be considered a first-line treatment option and highly effective. Asides from settling into / adjusting to the treatment you should not be anticipating issues. Just keep you doctor posted if anything does come up.

I'm currently taking a similar combo dolutegravir, lamivudine and abacavir.

I will say the DTG (dolutegravir) in your combination is commonly known to cause insomnia/sleep issues. It's not an issue for everyone, often settles down with time and, if it does happen, you could try to change the timing of your meds to the mornings to alleviate the problem.

Anyhow, you should see that viral load reducing soon and finally getting suppressed. That is the goal of HIV treatment to suppress the virus.

Thank you Jim for the reply. Yes as in my very first post i wanted to mention thanking to one of Dr in South Africa helped me to start treatment and i have medicine for three months and now im relax and looking for permanent settlement where i can access to medicine and live a life. Thats also could be happen but i have to work hard for that miracle to happen. Some NGOs and immigration lawyers needs me in the country for the actions.

Yes DTL,  seems excellent formula. So far i didnt have any issue and i take it in the morning in other hand quality of live is improved when it comes to no fatigue, no cold feet or hands, no hypertension and better focus on duty AT THE Moment. I have to fly there in april or end of march as Dr scheduled appointment near end march or april. Then i can see how it works and dr will do necessary advices and changes in case. Already blood test form is given and have to the same in that country. Hopefully things will be ok. If crisis happens suddenly, good things also can be happen suddenly..

Nethan, I feel for your issues, but take on mind that they are mostly legal, and not related to your health.

It's is good to hear that you are on treatment.

There are many countries in this world that bans people living with hiv to get in, hope this change not so far in the future, BUT most western countries have no restrictions for us.

A good number of them offer free and unlimited therapy, I would advice you to focus on these countries. Some of those even offer asylum if you can prove you were facing difficulties related to your HIV status in your home country (US is an exemple, and it is not hard to prove), this will make you eligible for support and right to work and study.

I believe that you have to face this as a political exclusion policy in your country, things are worng with your country, not with you, as long you take the meds.
