Hey folks,
I am tired of being a lurker and I just wanted to claim my space.  I am 49 years-old, single but dating a sweet guy, and HIV+ for 16 years.  I don't have a current photo but I put a pic from the Missouri Botanical Garden in Saint Louis, MO.   

I love politics (very liberal) but I love listening to my Right Wing friends.

                    Welcome to a great place to relaxe and chitter !

    I spend some time in Saint Louis , it is where I go to the V.A.

   Althou we live  112 miles south , we do get up there once a month !

  Today we are going to the barnes college to see the AIDS QUILT !

 very exciting !

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57
