Hi,

Got it on with a female sex worker (HIV status unknown) in Bangkok 11 days ago.
Exposure:
- Mutual masturbation, she was dripping wet, she touched herself and touched my penis head with her vaginal fluid laden hands.
- I too touched her vagina and then with her vaginal fluid on my hand touched my penis head a few times.
- Penis grazed her wet groin/vagina without protection once
- She rimmed me
- Went on to use the same hand to wear a condom, for a blow job
- No vaginal/anal intercourse


Onset of ARS symptoms - Fluish, lymph nodes hurting etc.

After having read other posts and the consistent response of no risk without intercourse, my concern is that she had a lot of vaginal fluid discharge and the constant touching each other with the wet hands may very likely have transmitted the virus.

HIV is transmitted by unprotected anal/vaginal intercourse or by sharing injection needles.

Because of changes in it's environment (like heat, humidity, exposure to air), HIV is damaged and not transmissible outside the body.

Nothing you described in your post was a risk for HIV

Reducing Your HIV risks:
With no exceptions, use condoms correctly and consistently for anal or vaginal intercourse
Talk to a healthcare provider about PrEP as another layer of protection

Get tested yearly for HIV and other STIs.
If you don’t use condoms and/or PrEP, test more frequently

Some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other more easily acquired STIs. It is possible to show no signs or symptoms from an STI so testing is the only way to know.

Get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

What’s the ONLY way to know if you’ve been infected by HIV or an STI?
Get tested.

What’s your view on me experiencing ARS symptoms i.e. fever, sore throat, headache, painful lymph nodes around the groin, bouts of diarrhea etc., just at the start of the window period for seroconversion.

I haven’t been exposed to someone else with a flu or fever. Is a test warranted? Thanks.

It's not HIV specific and your left testicle and arm could fall off but it has nothing to do with HIV from the concerned encounter as there was zero HIV risk to you and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Missed to mention a few other details:

1. Grinding: I was wearing thin shorts and she was naked. She sat on top of me (facing each other) and grinded me for a few minutes, my shorts were wet from her vaginal fluids. Only the thin short was separating her vagina and my penis.

2. Later, I slept in wearing the same shorts which had dried by then, but in the morning fluid stains were visible.

Is there a risk from the grinding, especially since only the thin short was the barrier. There was no dipping/insertion, but the fluids would have easily seeped through. And also from using the same shorts later?

3. At some point she was naked and sat on my stomach as well, again leaving it wet and glistening with her.

You are not asking us anything new. See your first post was about contact with vaginal fluids and now you are asking the same.

The first post was about vaginal fluid contact by touching your cock from your hands and rubbing against her vagina. We told you it's not an HIV risk and why and now you are returning on the fourth post and asking about vaginal fluids transferring through thin shorts, getting fluids on your stomach or how you slept afterwards.

The fluid a woman produces when sexually stimulated/excited comes from the Bartholin's glands; this is essentially a lubricating fluid with no more HIV present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears.  Saliva, sweat and tears are not infectious fluids. The fluid that's a concern is found far deeper inside, so near the cervix another barrier to your concern is HIV is extremely fragile and sexually transmitted inside the human body, meaning it is not exposed to the environment outside, your concern lacks exposure and a few other conditions that are required.

Please do not ask again unless it's about condomless intercourse.

I’m on Tremfya for a skin condition, it’s a biologic and an immunosuppressant, will this increase the chance of transmission?

Also, whilst grinding if I may have dipped, not sure though, my mind’s playing tricks. And I was wearing thin shorts, does that change the narrative?

TREMFYA (guselkumab), interleukin 23 inhibitor immunosuppressant, will not create an HIV risk where none existed in the first place and your left arm and testicle could fall off it is not HIV related from the activities posted here so far.

Engough of this, we already discussed your thin shorts, I'm not going to again. You keep coming back and adding details that make zero difference, when we say "No HIV risk" that means "No HIV risk", no ifs or buts about it.

As for "dipping" if you put your penis inside her you would have known about it and would have previously mentioned this. I am not playing games with you or interested in pretending, so if you put your penis inside her then grow a set of balls and admit it or stop posting and move on with your life.

Today on day 3, theres  a blueish mark and a lymph node on my elbow of the same hand has flared.

I’m assuming the worst feel it was intentional.

Please advise if this is a cause for concern from a HIV transmission perspective, thank you.
