I can't figure out this site so I'm writing my story here.
Hello, I am a 17 year old male who gave unprotected oral sex to a 23 year old male;
He ejaculated in my mouth but I spit it out,

Do I have HIV!

You didn't have a risk for HIV , these are the risk factors .

 Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple! .

Thank you I didn't really get to tell the whole story:

So I have never had sex before in these 17 years of living,
But on this Saturday, I had been talking to this guy on this website "Tagged.com"
and we had been talking for quite some time now, so I ask could he come over and he did and once he opened the door we started to kiss and he was sucking my lip, (which was very uncomfortable and it hurt like hell!) and he smelled like cigarette smoke (which I asked him about; in which he lied obviously; and I started to wonder what else he lied about, i.e: STD's or HIV) and so after we kissed he grabbed my penis and asked could we go to my room, so we went and we kissed more, and I started to give him unprotected oral sex! As I was giving him oral he told me LAST time he came really fast, and in just 3 to 5 seconds he held my head down restricting me to move my mouth off of his penis and ejaculated in my mouth! I spit it out on his penis and he told me to suck the sperm off of his penis (I guess he didn't want to go to his other hoes, with sperm on his penis) and I did, and I gave him the towel I was wrapped in when he came in the door. So after he wiped his penis, I immediately spit the sperm out of mouth! I mean I wasn't going to swallow I mean are you serious? I don't even know you! And I asked did he want to make love now and he said yes. So he put the condom on and I laid on my stomach, and for some reason he couldn't get his (4 inch) penis in me (THANK GOD!) so he left the remaining condoms with me and then he lied and said he had to go get some baby oil out of his car, and thats the last I saw of him! (Hallelujah!) I called him the next day to ask him if he had any disease before he came over my house and he said no but he lied about smoking so he'll lie about anything! I am scared and I thank you for your reply! I will not try to change any settings, and thanks so much for putting me in my own thread!

I also have wisdom teeth growing in, so does that count as an open sore!?

Even if you wisdom teeth are coming in you still did not have an exposure from oral sex.

No, wisdom teeth coming in does not qualify as a wound in your mouth.

I would just urge you to proceed with more caution as you become sexually active. It's an exciting time but it does require you to be careful about whom you engage with and under what circumstances. This time there is no need to be concerned about HIV. Jeff has given you the basics about risk for HIV.

You didn't have a risk for HIV but if you are going to be sexually active you need to be having regular sexual health care checkups for ALL sexually transmitted diseases .

You must realize the fact that you are underage and may have trouble accessing healthcare on your own . I applaud you for reaching out and learning how to protect your health but if you are going to have trouble accessing healthcare checkups that comes with the responsibility of being a sexually active person you may need to consider that there may well be consequences to your actions that are hard to deal with .

Many stds can be present without symptoms and are much easier to become infected with than HIV . I'm wishing you the best of luck and asking you to carefully consider what I have shared with you .
