Hiv infection risk?
« on: September 29, 2017, 09:53:55 am »
Hello,

I fingered a sex worker and after one minute I touched head of my penis many times with same fingers.

There was vaginal fluid on my fingers after fingering and I am not sure the vaginal fluid is dry or not when I touch head of my penis.

I have a circumcised penis so I have no foreskin on the head of my penis.

My question: Am I under risk if I am fingering a vagina and after one minute touch head of my circumcised penis with same fingers?

I really need an advice from an expert immediately because i will be a paranoiac.

Best regards

Hi

Nobody has ever been infected from fingering, you will not be making world history today either. Its lacks route for infection hence it makes sense that it has never happened.

The fluids your penis came into contact with were also not a risk, HIV once exposed outside the human body is left no longer infectouise and so no HIV risk to you whatsoever.

Relax, move on with your life, nothing you posted here was any HIV risk whatsoever.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

More information on HIV Basics, PEP, TaSP and Transmission can be found through the links in my signature to our POZ pages, this includes information on HIV Testing

Kind regards

Jim

Hello Jim,

Thank you for your reply. As I understand from your answer that there is no risk even if the fluid come on head of my penis in out side of the body (vagina).

Of course every one needs to tests for a healthy life but for my situation, should I take a test or should I go to doctor?

This is the my last question.

Thank you so much and have a nice day.

Best regards

Test for what?

You had no HIV risk, if this was your only concern it is safe to move on as normal.

Hello Dear Experts,

This my second question in form and thank you for the great job that you are doing.
You advise the people who are worried about their sexual experiences.

Here I have some scenario about how hiv transmission can happen through penis?

Scenario 1: I put a condom on my penis but base of my penis did not covered by condom. Does the penis base can transmit the virus? (Here base of my penis means 1/5 of my penis or 1/4 in the bottom side)

Scenario 2: Is it posibble to get virus through my balls / testicle? Becasue it is very common and easy to come fluid form vagina to the balls / testicle when we are in sexual intercourse.

Scenario 3: Is it posibble to get virus from all areas of the tip / head of penis or just it has to come into the little hole on the tip / head of penis?

These are the my all questions. Thank you so much.

Best regards

1 - no and for a number of reasons
2- -no and for even more reasons that no1

3-

The risk is only during unprotected intercourse, as hiv needs route, quantity so keep inside the vaginal track nearer to the curvix and correct environment to transmit so inside the human body never being exposed.

The urtha and the cells as example in the foreskin are at risk hence use a condom.

Stop looking for an issue or asking the same questions again in a different manner, the answers are going to remain the same and we will not entertain your irrational fears.

The fluids your penis came into contact with could not have infected you in the environment or manner that it happened so stop it now.

Jim
