omg! pls no! LOL
that looks better?!? ugh. But healing can be an ugly process.
Glad to hear and see that things are improving!

 8) ;D Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder LOL...

When Ed unwrapped it 2 days ago, he said OMG,  I said "what" ,...( I thought at first he was going to tell me toe was ready to fall off) He said the difference is" like night and day".

That dark purplish area, went away over a period of about 4 days.  I still cant go swimming yet.  There are two very small areas that are still a little tender, but I figure about another 4 days or so, and I can get back into the pool. and I have a couple of sutures that I may have to clip off with a toenail clipper.  :P

Tomorrow I am going to start walking again, but not too much. I missed the exercise these past 2 weeks.

but I figure about another 4 days or so, and I can get back into the pool
I had a cyst removed from my back a couple summers ago, and the first question I asked of the doctor, as he was suturing me up, was when could I get back in the pool. I thought he was going to have a heart attack. LOL He started in about how dirty pools can be (Oh I know that. We've spent many summers at the local amusement park joking in the wave pool about bandaids, ointments, creams, wounds, etc that were being washed about in the water! Ugh! I would never let that water into my mouth but much an open wound!). I told him I didn't mean a public pool but the one in my backyard that usually only my husband and I are in. With a visible sigh of relief, he said our private pool would be fine then in a week.

Tomorrow I am going to start walking again, but not too much. I missed the exercise these past 2 weeks.
woohoo! That's great to hear how fast and well you're healing.

Oh Yes !,  that can always be fun. My partner still has all his wisdom teeth, in fact, he has all of his teeth.

He went to the Dentist 2 weeks ago, and he had to get a Crown placed on one his wisdom teeth. He does have a great set of teeth though !  ;D

Oh I know....Our pool here is pretty well kept, plus it has salt in it. I don't know if that makes any difference or not. Usually when we are there early morning, there are only 4 or 5 people.  Its quiet. I won't go into the jacucci though, until I am completely healed, but I sure would like to sit in some 104 degree bubbling jets about now!  :P

Thanks !

I had all four of mine removed in my late 30's or early 40.  Can't remember for sure.
