bless my mum for what she did before christmas, as cross as I was! CD better, VL going down, was let out for xmas, just not on my own! ;D Back in Jan, out again last week. I've stopped smoking, (amazing what 20 years worth of YUCK looks like), lost 4 stone, but things are getting there. Absosoddinglutely determined to get through this. Thanks so much

It's great to hear you quit smoking after all those years. Wishing you continued success and strength. I don'tknow what 4 stone is but I hope you get what you want
