Peter Staley:
Hey all, one of my favorite organizations, The Community HIV/AIDS Mobilization Project (CHAMP), sent out a press release saying the following:
Greetings
The Community HIV/AIDS Mobilization Project (CHAMP) has created a new line of advocacy campaign tools! We are excited to have these tools on our website and encourage you to download them, check them out, and use them in your campaign work. And pass on this message to anyone else who may be interested!
You can find the tools at: http://www.champnetwork.org/index.php?name=academy on the left side of the web page.
Campaign tools include:
Tracking Ally Recruitment Tracking Target Research How To Use a Sign-On Letter Facilitating Conference Calls Building a Rap for Outreach
These tools are used in our CHAMP Academy trainings and were specifically developed for our Prevention Justice Partnerships.
CHAMP's Prevention Justice Partners are local or statewide community groups or service organizations in the United States that commit to a year-long project to fight for a specific, locally-relevant campaign for HIV prevention policy change. CHAMP works with our partners through weekly planning calls and quarterly, in-depth and in-person trainings. We are seeking 2007 Prevention Justice Partners -- contact me if your group may be interested.
As always, don't hesitate to be in touch with questions or comments.
