He went by the name of Fozzy Bear -- I do remember that. Seriously, he was super odd. I've always attracted the freakiest queens for some reason. And he was clueless -- kept calling the house and I'd have my roommate always say I wasn't home and he just never "got it"

And I know everyone hates the French but I beg to differ. I love French boys, in all of their un-bathing smelly sweaty snail eating glory.

The last time I was in Paris I was on the dance floor at Queen, and I tried to pick up this really hot Algerian guy and for an hour I tried speaking French with him, thinking the conversation was just difficult because the music was so loud. Finally some of his friend took me aside and explained that he was deaf and had not understood a single thing I'd said.

I read in the L.A. FYI: if you're ever in Santo Domingo, I heartily recommend the Hotel Santo Domingo. The interiors were designed by Oscar de la Renta. Book a double and when you bring in rent boys just say it's your brother in law.

It's a bit of a tasteful place though, so keep that in mind... nothing too trashy.

Actually there's a Sofitel now in the former Governor's mansion in the colonial zone that's supposedly stellar.
