Title: Bad Breath

Hey guys, bin a while, Help me, i once had a verbal fight with someone back in 05 and they mentioned that i have bad breath, 2 months ago smbodyelse also mentioned it, a month on atripla now, ive developed a blister on my gums and now i can actually smell my bad breath, also my taste buds are strange and i feel lyk eating candies or mints all the time. I ws treated for a chronic throat infection about 2 months ago, thats before i started on atripla, i thot it ws just bcoz m quiet most of the day surfing the net, i saw my doc last friday bt ddnt mention it, it just got worse ths week

You really need to mention that you your doctor and get it diagnosed. Bad breath can mean anything from inadequate saliva (which can mean more gum infections/disease) to more serious problems, ulcers and the like.

If it's a saliva issue, chewing SUGARFREE gum might help, as that stimulates saliva production. Mints and candies wil make it worse, because they cause plaque.

But seriously, this really is an issue for your doctor.
