I'm 23 year old individual, working as a dentist

my case history
2 months ago I was diagnosed with dengue and hospitalized for the treatment. During that period the lymph node behind my ear swelled up, 2 in number. 2 days before being diagnosed with dengue I noticed a couple of my inguinal lymph node swelled up. After a week I was discharged from the hospital as my platelet count improved. Then I developed a rash over my body, the rash was itchy and went away in 4 days.During the rash period I could feel my other lymph nodes. These lymph nodes became normal after the rash went away.
I got the FNAC done for swollen inguinal lymph node n the result came out reactive (follicular hyperplasia).
Then the doctor put me on an antibiotic course but the lymph node didnt go down
The swollen lymph nodes are present unilaterally i.e. on the right side, plus there is one lymph node measuring 6-7 mm in the posterior cervical region of neck
my chest x ray was done- it was normal
abdominal ultrasound- normal

My exposure-
got needlestick injury last year in december.
went for elisa and rapid test after 8 months, result was index value 0.02 and cut off value 0.285, non reactive and negative respectively.

kissed a girl of unknown hiv status, while kissing she bit my lips very hard, it was painful, blood might have come out, my lips were badly bruised.
except from this I didnt had any sexual contact in a year

while i was getting my blood test for elisa, the phlebotomist used a vacutainer needle and container. 2 weeks afterwards my lymph nodes swelled up.
i belong to india thats why the concern, although that lab was expensive but people here are not trustworthy

Could any of these could be a concern for getting hiv or any other std?

I never had unprotected vaginal or anal sex , never had any blood transfusion, never did intravenous drugs.
The thing which is concerning me is d persistent swollen inguinal lymph nodes and those behind my ears
i m really scared
for the past 2-3 months my life has been difficult cause of this thing
i have to prepare for my masters but this stress is getting the better of me
please help

Cure, whatever is going on with you symptomatically has nothing to do with HIV. You have reliably tested negative for the virus. And nothing you are reporting of your activities would have put you at risk. 

Sexually the only confirmed risks for the transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. That's it. As long as you properly use condoms for those activities you will be well protected.

You should be discussing your symptoms with a doctor to find the real cause. It's not HIV. Period.
