Hi Brit

Nothing should happen, things should carry on as normal, if for some reason they don't, i.e discrimination, unfair dismissal then you take it to the top, there are laws in the work place that protect us from such thing.

I hope all goes well, look forward to hearing how your disclosure went.

Hey Brit!

I think 'pluck' has become the site's word of the week -- however -- I much prefer your usage than that of a day ago.

Congrats. Of course we all want to know how things go, or hopefully, don't go as in everything goes along steadily.

Hope all goes well and nothing negative happens.  I was curious as well why you decided to disclose.  Are you close with your manager?  Or, was it becoming difficult to explain taking off for doctor appointments or being out sick?  Are you out with everyone in your life, and this was just the last place you were keeping it from people?

Whatever the reason, I know it takes a lot of courage for many to be out with their status.
