Title: Starting the new year with a bang!!

 Yup, my new year started with a bang! I went to heat some water for my morning coffee, turned on the wrong burner. I turned on the one with the glass pie plate..5 minutes later...BANG...I have been cleaning up bits of glass for 20 minutes....

That sounds really awful. You shouldn't walk barefoot there for a good month as there will still be hidden shards somewhere.
