War in my country
« on: July 10, 2023, 08:35:23 am »
Hi, I've been dignosed a year ago and i was strictly taking my meds
But since 15 of april there was a war in my country and my city is  one of the affected cities
Now I'm 3 weeks off the meds cuz the city ran out of it and there is no way to the capital
I dont know my VL or CD count
But i feel verywell and healthy no signs no symptoms
I weigh 74 KG as before my infection

I'm thinking of traveling to one of the nearby countries Ethiopia, Eriteria or Uganda if the war didn't stop soon

THIS POST IS FOR CHATTING
feel free to say anything
For those from the countries above or any other country you can help me by telling me about your country either here or DM
Just say something

Hiya.

Glad you feel healthy at the moment. Sorry to hear about the war impacting you and the medical supply chain where you are.

HIV care although important it's not the main priority. The imidate priority is staying safe, I hope you can stay safe and the conflict settles soon in your region and if not that you can safely leave if needed.
