Any one interested in jumping from the Space Needle with me?

Hey Annie I live in Seattle and have never heard of anyone jumping off the Space Needle (at least not doing so legally!!).  I've been up to the top a few times and there is a cage that surrounds the observation deck preventng you from...well...jumping.

This is so disappointing.  I was so looking forward to it.  Maybe we can come up with some other redneck dangerous activity to get our blood rushing...

It wouldn't be a record-breaker for us...I think the Space Needle is about 300 feet shorter than the Stratosphere tower. I kidded about jumping off it a few months ago so I may have put that idea in your head. How about some yummy seafood instead? Or maybe go see Aimee Mann perform at the Zoo? I know, not nearly as exciting...

Well if we weren't going to brake any records there wouldn't have been any point in doing it, so just as well really...but I'm up for some great seafood instead Basquo, that sound good.

Will I bet if they had a jump there you would have joined me, I know you wouldn't let me do it on my own... ;)

Does that mean the New River Bridge in West Virginia is an option next year?   :D  The last time I did the sissy wasit strap and so want to do the anke strap jump.  I'd do that 40 times before I eat seafood.

Jan dear, if you do arrange to drop from the Space Needle I promise to be at the bottom as you float into my little butterfly net.

Let me get this right.  You jump of off bridges that require straps to keep you alive, but you're nervous about flying?  Not only that, you want to do it again before you'd eat seafood?  You ain't right!   :D  Just kidding!  I'm looking forward to meeting you and any newcomers... and hearing those horror stories about flights!

Guys and gal, count me out of any jumps, but I'm all for seafood!

;D  I didn't say it was a reasonable fear.  I don't eat anything that lives in the water, runs wild or flies.  I only eat beef a couple of times a month and probably will completely eliminate that in the near future.
