BG,

People lie all the time. Sometimes they forget about something they did under the influence of drink and/or drugs. Sometimes they can't bring themselves to admit to risky behaviour.

You do not have hiv. You are conclusively hiv negative.

You don't suddenly become HIV+ after having tested negative unless you do something sexually to put you at risk, specifically having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse. Or non-sexually share intravenous needles with someone.

Your idea about somehow turning positive is frankly, nonsensical You have realiably tested negative for HIV. So you are HIV negative unless you are not reporting something you did AFTER testing negative that might have put you at risk.

Seems to me you are worrying needlessly.

If you become HIV positive in a few years time then it's very possible it will be because you've had unprotected sex with someone who is HIV positive, look after yourself, take responsibility for your own health and wear condoms at all times..NO EXCEPTIONS, sadly you can't rely on someone always telling you the truth, not when it comes to sex.

As Ann has told you, you are conclusively HIV negative, keep it that way..it's time to move on and stay safe.

hi...this is my last question,ann,andy....can false negative really occur in 3 month testing?for example we do not know is a disease in our bodies, and not taking any medication? whether there may be some false negative? hiv test kits in my country only named rapid test hiv 1 / 2, the Indonesian health ministry said tests after 3 months means not infected, just like there, but I do not know whether hiv test kits used the same there..

BG,

The only time someone might take a little longer than three months to test positive is if they are on chemotherapy for cancer, anti-rejection drugs following organ transplant, or have been injecting street drugs every day for YEARS. Ordinary medications or illnesses will  not have an effect on hiv testing.

You are conclusively hiv negative. You do not have hiv.

thanks ann.....,and ann I look on the forums i just tested positive, and I read the ravhyn case... why it could happen? if she lied too? she says after a negative 3 months and 4 years later became positive, cases like these that made me uneasy, I continue to fear again and again even though I had a negative test in three months ....

BG,

In her case, she admits at one point that she doesn't really remember the time frame of when her ex tested and when she tested. After she had a negative result in relation to him, she didn't test again for four years. I strongly suspect that her time-frame memory is indeed wrong and that she tested too soon in the window period (in relation to her ex). She also freely admits to hating hospitals and avoids them at all cost. She obviously didn't go for the follow-up testing - in relation to her ex - that she should have.

You can fear all you want, but the fact is that you are conclusively hiv negative. You can test again and again and again if you wish, but the result - unless you engage in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse - is going to remain hiv negative.

You are conclusively hiv negative.

You do NOT have hiv!!!

If you read the Welcome Thread before posting like you're supposed to, you will have read the following posting guideline:

Quote

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

hi ann, pls dont ban me...this is my really last question...,I'm very curious about this, I have read in medhelp people who need more than 3 months for the test are people who have compromised immune systems, I did a normal blood test yesterday and the result is normal for leukocytes and lymphocyte, whether this means the my immune system normal?because if you are infected with the virus, then leokosit will attack the virus and make antibodies, though not all infection make the antibody, please tell me this is true ann....thanks ann and sorry again for my english...

BG,

If you had an immune system compromised to the point of not being able to create antibodies, you wouldn't be sat at home surfing the internet for more things to feed your unwarranted fears, you'd be lying in a hospital bed wishing you could go home.

I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
