Do I Have HIV? / Re: ARS symptoms next day ?

No. After sexual exposure, it takes the better part of a week for HIV to take hold, let alone for your immune response to cause any symptoms. The majority of people will have no or no noticeable initial symptoms.
I had vaginal sex with a girl from Moscow , Russia . I asked her about HIV she is a doctor ( gynaecologist) and says she is regularly tested due to her profession and has no infections . She offered to show me but obviously I can’t read Russian .
Even if she tested the day beforehand and showed you a test result in English it would mean nothing whatsoever due to the window period and a few other reasons.
I am presuming this was condomless intercourse.
Condomless intercourse is an HIV risk, test to confirm your HIV status at six weeks post your last potential exposure with a blood-draw (lab) HIV antibody test. The result at this time will rarely change, and retesting at three months is generally not needed. Also, I recommend you talk to the doctor about PrEP, condom usage and vaccination against HPV + Hepatitis A& B.
