Just checking in

I wanted to stop by and say hi. I know its been a while.

There has been a lot going on, but things are still very much up in the air here.

The good news is my last CD4, done a few weeks ago, was still more than 1,000 and I'm still undetectable.

Also, the four supplements the doctor put me on to control the cholesterol seem to be helping. who knew?

Anyway, wanted to say HI.

HUGS,

Mark

Good news! Yeah!
