PLEASE HELP EXPERTS!!!
« on: March 28, 2016, 09:59:09 am »
Dear All -

Here's the story and questions - went to a strip club and received unprotected oral sex for about 15 seconds from a girl who was cagey when I asked her if she had any stds. I didn't want her to do it - she just went down there and did it....

Got home an hour later and noticed a cut on my penis, which was infact oozing blood, as when I dabbed it with toilet paper, the paper got red on it.

Am very, very freaked out and mad at myself that I exposed myself to hiv!!!

1 - Was I at risk/significant risk?
2 - Should I get tested? (note: no other risks; otherwise a virgin)
3 - Should I be worried about this going forward? I can't eat or sleep right now.

I'd like to move on with my life but am having trouble.
Thank you.

Hi,
Getting a blow job is not risk for HIV and testing is not necessary over this incident.
This is what you need to know to avoid infection,

You need to be using condoms for all anal and vaginal intercourse until you are in a trusting monogamous relationship and both have been tested for all STIs and HIV.
Everyone who is sexually active should have an annual exam and test for all STIs and HIV and always after unprotected intercourse. Always using condoms will give you peace of mind your tests will return with a negative result.

Is that true even when accounting for that I had a small bleeding cut while receiving the blowjob?

I really would like to be able to move on from this -

And I know you guys don't want to put anyone at risk - so considering in the future I may meet people I'd like to be with....

Can I put this issue to bed and not worry about this exposure/risk? Can I sleep completely easy? Can I really let this issue go based on my risk?

Thanks.

Hi ,
Yes it is true .
Her saliva would not be considered an infectious body fluid,
it is safe for you to move on.
