It says the closing date for the survey is the end of September 2007. We're nearly at the end of October.

I've just completed it too.

I hope that the answers make some difference to the quality of the support available, particularly on the mental health front.

Thanks for filling in.  I actually found it quite helpful to do because I had to sit there and think to myself am I really satisfied with all my hospital services etc and realised I'm not so I'm going to do something about it!
