I really appreciate your help, as you know HIV awareness isn't same in all countries and unfortunately my country(Turkey) is one of the senseless countries of the world about HIV.

I couldn't know true knowledge about blood to blood contact and how risky is about hiv transmission...

I would like to you know that, I'm married man and me and my wife both negative (as we know) but I have strong OCD nowadays about blood contact because I did a foolish mistake. Everytime I control my hands after take something from somebody but that this day I didn't check the cashier's hands and take a bottle of water and chocolate from him then drink and eat them in seconds. I can't stop myself because I always have little sores my inner lips, as I remember I couldn't remember any blood taste in my mouth but i couldn't be assured. If the cashiers's fingers were bleeding etc.

Could you tell me how big open sore is risky for transmission, how should amount of blood be ? Please help me, i need your help too much...

My best regards...

You had to risk from the situation you describe.  HIV is a very fragile virus and once it comes into contact with the air, it is unable to infect.  Also, saliva contains over a dozen proteins and enzymes that render HIV unable to infect.  This means that even if the clerk had some blood on their hand, it would be unable to infect, because it has been exposed to the air.

You cannot contract HIV through casual contract.

You are HIV negative as confirmed by you last test.  If you were infected, your test results would reflect that fact.  Cuts in your mouth did not put you at risk of infection as your test confirmed.

You did not have a bloody incident with the cashier, as you admitted you saw no blood present.  Even if there was blood, you cannot contract HIV through casual contact.  You did not have a risk.  Accept your negative result and get on with your life.
