Dermatologist with HIV knowledge in Thailand

Hi,

I have suffered from a rash/inflammation on the foreskin of my penis for the past 2 years or more.

I visited a couple of dermatologists, but despite various attempts with different medications, in the end the only thing they could do was suggest a steroid cream, which basically relieves the rash but tends to make the skin thinner, and for this I can not continue to use it for long periods.

As soon as I stop the cream, the inflammation/rash returns within a few days. Also, the skin fails to fully recover its normal condition (thickness/elasticity? I'm not sure) and sex has become both uncomfortable and painful. Not sure what to do at this point.

Does anyone here by any chance know of any good dermatologists with HIV knowledge in or near Bangkok?
