i had sex with a prostitute. 10 days ago.i only had vaginal sex with her and used condom meanwhile.but the problem is that when i took off the condom,accidentally i contacted my penis with the outer part of the condom.also i touched my penis with my hands after taking off the condom.I'm not sure but maybe i have touched top of my penis too.can it result in a big risk for me?i was protected and only risky thing that i have done was contacting my penis with the condom afterwards.please help me...

You had protected sex and as such there is no risk of HIV transmission from what you describe. And yes, I'm aware that you touched your penis after touching the outside of the used condom. That doesn't constitute a risk for HIV infection.
All sexually active people should have a full STD screen at least once a year. Twice is better. A full screen will include an HIV antibody test. There are STD's which are more prevalent and easier transmit than HIV. If it's been a while since your last full STD screen or if you've not had one before, you might consider making an appointment to do so with your doctor or local clinic.
Please note that I don't think you need to have a full screen because of any specific risk behaviour, rather it's a good habit for sexually active people to get into.

Matty is 100% correct on this one. You were protected. Kudos to you! Keep using protection and you wont have to worry about HIV.

i explained the situation that i'm into,but there is still something wrong.i have a little headache for 10 days(started 2-3 days after exposure),and also there is a little pimple on the root of my penis which indeed freaks me.i need your opinions....

Pimples happen on penises for all sorts of reasons. That's in no way something HIV-related.
If you are concerned about it I suggest you discuss it with your doctor. The important thing as far as HIV is concerned is that you used a condom for intercourse. Keep on doing that everytime. You were not at risk for HIV in this incident. Period. End of story.

i got negative from a 21-day p 24 combi test. does that mean its over? or should i still wait and take the 3 month test?

What part of "You Did Not Have A Risk" is it that you don't understand? You didn't need to test the first time nor do you need to retest.

Testing for no-risk encounters seems like a waste of time and money, but if they're your time and money to waste, go ahead.

You are conclusively hiv negative and you do not need further testing over this no risk incident. Here's how to ensure you remain hiv negative in the future:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
While you do not need further hiv testing at this time, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.
Use condoms and protect your negative hiv status. It really is that simple.

a prostitute gave me a blow job.that was the only thing we have,afterwards i realised there are little purple spots-like small bruises on the top of my penis.is it possible that i could have got the virus from her mouth?(saliva it think)i dont know if there were these little bruises before or they have been during the oral sex.should i have a test for it?waiting for comments and answers...

Ann,thanks for your help so far.I've read the lessons part but the little bruises and cuts on my penis frightens me.i don't know if they were there before or it happened after oral sex.my main concern is cuts on my penis.is it possible to get the infection in a way like that?

You will not get infected with little cuts or bruising on your penis for oral sex.
