My first adult love in fact. He was 24, and I was just 16. Died as a result of a car wreck, in which his mother and aunt also died. I missed George terribly for about a decade after, then finally, after I'd nearly ruined my life with escaping in alcohol and drugs, I got this here nasty little virus. All those things combined forced me to finally grieve properly and move along ... or end it all properly and be done with the pain once and for all.
