Thank you for this great service you provide. I am writing after meeting up with a stranger (another male) 48 hours ago. I do not know his status. He performed oral on me and rimmed me. He also fingered my anus for a little bit. I am not sure whether he had any of his own pre-cum on his finger but he had not yet ejaculated. He masturbated over me and ejaculated onto my arm and chest. Afterwards, I noticed one unpopped pimple in the area where he ejaculated, so I assume his cum got directly on the pimple. There was no penile-anal penetration either way, and I did not perform oral on him.
Like so many who make similar poor decisions, I am paranoid, scared and hope you all can provide help. Can you quantify my risk? I assume from reading your forum topic that PEP is not warranted? Would you recommend HIV testing at the appropriate interval based on this experience?

Absolutely nothing you mention is an HIV risk in any remote possibility.
Rimming- no risk. Saliva is not infectious.
Fingering - even with pre-ejaculate - not a risk - HIV is too fragile.
Ejaculating on your pimple - no risk - HIV cannot infect outside the body.
If you wear a condom for penetrative anal/vaginal sex you will avoid HIV - it really is that simple.

I agree with JK 100 % , you had zero risk from this incident .
Its not necessary to test over this specific incident but if you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
To answer your question ... Testing right now over this incident would be for peace of mind only because there is no way you were exposed to HIV in the situation you described .
