First apartment
« on: August 19, 2021, 12:24:13 pm »
Just came back from the mainland where I study. I viewed a house and made a contract to stay there for the duration of my studies. It's the first time I have ever lived on my own or rented a place. I feel really weird to be honest, but it is for a good  cause.
It feels as if my studies have gotten much more serious now that I am paying rent 🤣...
A house of my own, that is quite intimidating but exciting at the same time...

Very nice!

It's gratifying as a moderator to read of your living your life, pursuing what you may have planned to do all along, and staying healthy.

Study hard.

Enjoy the ride!

I'm sure it will be great once you are set up and made it your own space. Few weeks and it will feel like home.

You might need to wait with any housewarming celebrations until 2022 though...

Congratulations Fabio. I'm sure you'll adapt and before you know it you'll be really comfortable with it.

When I first had my own place, I really enjoyed the independence of not having to answer to no one for the first time. You could make pancakes at midnight or fry a steak at 6 in the morning.. it's your world now ;)

Thank you! I think the first thing I will do is wake up,blast the music and dance naked in the apartment haha.
I'm actually feeling better about it now, since school will start normally,we won't do online stuff. Can't wait to make friends 🤗

Haha nobody can actually see from my balcony 🤣. It's an open field there and lots of sunlight  coming in.
I'm getting very happy lately,I will also get some flowers to decorate ☺. Can't wait to finish with seasonal work so I can get to cleaning and moving in...
