Is this a HIV risk? Feeling anxious

Hi,

I'm a female that had protected sex with a male one time recently.
Condom was used each time we went another round.
After intercourse and cuddling he rubbed his penis on my clit. The rubbing was without condom.
Is this a risk for HIV? Is rubbing outside the vagina a risk?
Just want to be put at ease

It's not an HIV risk.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Hi, i had another situation and wondered if this is a risk?

Me and partner had intercourse and he used condom.
And he pulled out the condom came of and it was left hanging on tbe outsofe of my vagina so he pulled the tip of the condom off. I also gave him oral sex unprotected and he ejaculated.
Is this a high risk and do i need to be tested? Also is it worth getting pep?

Firstly, the blowjob, well, the mouth generally lacks a route for HIV to infect, and saliva also neutralises HIV by damaging the receptors needed to infect human cells. Giving a blowjob is such a minute HIV risk that it doesn't warrant testing outside the standard yearly screening.

Of course, plenty of other STIs you can easily get from giving oral sex, but no need to run out and test every time. Just get an STI screening yearly out of standard routine.

Not 100% sure what you mean with pulled the tip of the condom off.

If the condom was fully hanging out with just the tip still inside you, it's not an HIV risk. If the condom was fully left behind inside you, then it would be an HIV risk, and I would tell you to get an antibody (lab) blood-drawn HIV test.

If you decide to have sex with this person again, remind them to hold the base of the condom when pulling out to prevent the condom from being left behind.

Yes, the condom was fully hanging out with just the tip still inside me. I was just a bit worried being I'm the receptive partner. So this type of incident wouldn't really warrant pep?

I see no reason to even test outside of standard yearly screening, let alone PEP.
