My history

Hi,
In the end of January I had a long, unprotected insertive oral with a woman. Duration was something about half hour. I also touched her vagina by finger with little torn cuticle.

I got a PEP. In 21 of treatment I suddenly felt really bad. It was something absolutetly unusual. I had a fever and tension abdominal pain, near the liver.
I did blood test in 22 day. My CBC was - Erythrocyte sedimentation rate 14, Lymphocytopenia 11,7% and 1.07 total, C-reactive protein - 8,5.
4th generation was negative in 22 and also 24 day post exposure. I also did PCR test in 24 day - HIV not detected. I'am waiting for the result of test 35 after exposure and 7 after end of PEP.

I had a continous pain of liver. I didn't have any contact with blood, so HCV is rather impossible. From the exposure I had a strange fellings, that I am infected.

Please help me...

Hiya

What you posted here isn't an HIV risk. No exposure, no PEP needed, and no HIV testing is needed over this.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

My doctor, from Infectious disease hospital, specialized in treatment people living with HIV, said me - Insertive oral sex is a risk, because we don't know, what she had in her throat. I had a little knowledge about risk transmission and it was a suprise for me. Especially, I didn't see any blood anywhere.

Honestly, I will inform about my test and problem.

Thank You Jim, that You allowed me to be a participant of this society.

If true, why are you talking to me. Anyhow, if this was said, it's possibly the daftest thing I have heard this month, and please feel free to pass that on. She doesn't know what is in or can be found in the throat, yet thinks its a risk  ;D I am wetting myself laughing.

Receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV, and saliva doesn't contain viable HIV; it is actually hostile towards HIV breaking down the receptors needed to infect, just like air. Thus, it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJs, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the world's first.

There was nothing in her throat to make you the world's first.

Honestly, I will inform about my test and problem.

If you mean, you want to inform me about the results. Please don't, as I will not entertain this any further, and I am unwilling to pretend you needed to test.

You did not acquire HIV from getting a blowjob and touching a vagina, and you will need a better story or excuse.

Perfect and I am sorry that one misinformed or outdated Doctor scared you when there was no reason.

However, the other doctors who informed you the same as I did are correct. No HIV risk from the activities mentioned, so you don't have HIV unless you have had other sexual encounters you have not mentioned or been sharing syringes.

If you are still sick I would not see the doctor who put you on PEP again and instead follow up with a different healthcare provider to understand and treat whatever is causing you pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Kissing and receiving a blowjob isn't an HIV risk to you.

As for intercourse, HIV can't be transmitted through an intact latex, polyisoprene or polyurethane condom. Unless a condom obviously fails during intercourse, there is no reason to be stressing about HIV or testing for HIV outside the standard yearly HIV screening. In other words, you had no HIV risk.

The pimples, fungal or sore skin (whatever it was) on your penis isn't a route or HIV risk.

You don't need PEP and you don't need an HIV assessment either. I am only replying to your deleted post out of kindness because its paranoid and some of it belongs to the 1990s, so If you keep having these irrational concerns & angst consider talking to a psychiatrist.

Below is why you can't post but please do not post about this again.
