I'm a bit early, but with everything going on over the next week or so, I wanted to make sure this got done.
Happy 11th birthday to the undisputed cutest person in the forum ;D! It's hard to believe - where has the time gone? Here's to many, many more.

Betty, she's actually doing REALLY well. At her doc appt. Friday she's 4ft. 9in. and 84lbs!! She's gained 25lbs in 2 years (remember her wasting episode when we couldn't get her to 60lbs?) and she's grown 6 inches since April. She's going back into leg braces the end of this month. She's OK with it - actually asked for them. Her t's dropped again, but still doing fine at just over 700 (Wumpus has her beat). Blood cells are still whacky. Still has problems with her memory - makes learning and retaining info. difficult if not near impossible.
And, if you're not feeling old enough, she's starting MIDDLE SCHOOL!!
I want to go back to those docs who said she'd NEVER sit-up, NEVER talk, NEVER be able to walk, NEVER grow over 3ft 6in, and NEVER see her 5th birthday...Really? ::)
In Novemeber, Make-A-Wish is sending us to Disney for a week. She wanted to go to Paris, but was talked out of it by her siblings who refused to get on a plane for that long :-\ Disney was a compromise.

Happy birthday dearest Mini from Jody and Mark here in Seattle...We missed your spunk iin climbing today as Mark, Jody, Curtis and Ernie climbed Mt. Rainier (well some of it) and we remembered your climbing the pyramid in Mexico City three years ago. You did great little lady and again lots of love on your 11th !!!

No worries, Basquo, her "real" birthday isn't until Tuesday (30th). I just knew the way my brain works, that if I didn't post something while I was thinking about it, I wouldn't remember until mid-September. I'm taking her this morning to get her hair straightened. :o I'm taking pictures and will gladly post them here if I can ever figure out how to do it. Hubby assures me it's "easy" - I keep reminding him that it's me, "easy" = impossible. That's why I married my tech-support. ;)

Mum, Mim and my granddaughter are the same age, and I never figured that out! My granddaughter will be 11 on the 1st of Sept., and going into middle school. I feel ancient.
So glad Mini's doing so well. And I hope you have a blast at Disney. I'm sure it will be quite the adventure!
