I went to germany 12 days ago. A chinese massage parlor performed oral sex to me. I'm married and i feel so guilty anyway. I asked the condom from parlor and wore it. The label of condom was london and surf on the inter and it was a latex.  She made a oral aroundly 20 minuted and kissed my nipples. Enf of it , she lifted the condom to air, i couldnt realised any leaked but i cant be sure. What is my risk for sti and hiv and ehat should i do? Please help me i already have been using anti depressans for long .

Read your post three times, a sex worker in Germany gave you a blowjob and kissed your nipples.

Receiving a blowjob even without a condom lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV; thus, it makes sense that after 40+ years of this pandemic in terms of BJs, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first. Kissing your nipples also isn't an HIV risk to you.

So you had no HIV risk from receiving a blowjob and getting your nipples kissed.

Other easier-to-transmit STIs, yeah, any sexual contact comes with some risk for them but no need to run out and panic every time you have sex or get a blowjob, just get an STI screening yearly out of standard routine.

See that's your issue, it's not an HIV problem but it's that you feel bad or worried you're going to get caught by your spouse and you somehow associate that with HIV.

I'll mention the same thing I always do when they are in a relationship;

If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Talk to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and getting vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.
