When I had CD4 below 200, I was constantly getting cold sores outbreaks and painful sores/bumps in the back of my mouth. It also does not help if you live in a cold place or don't eat enough carbs and vitamins from fruits. When my CD4 increased, I no longer get these.

Try to stay away from people or public places where they leave germs.  You can't catch a cold unless you catch if from someone else that has one or left their germs somewhere.

Take Zyrtec or other over the counter daily meds to ease your symptoms.

You might have allergies and it might not be colds.
Pray God you can cope
I know you have a little life in you yet.
I know you have a lot of strength left.
