Title: Oral sex when UD. Stupid question?

Hi all...
This may sound stupid, but this subject blocks me quite a lot.
Started haart in the acute phase 5 months ago and now UD.

But I'm still concerned in been sucked (even without cum in mouth) because of the fear about my precum.

Especially because I like younger boys and I wouldn't stand infecting a 20yo or so or even taking this risk for him..

This may sound stupid, I know about the study of serodiscordant couples and so on...but it's my main big trouble in dealing with my sex life.

Any advice?

I think you know the answer already and what you are really saying is that you are having anxiety and are still coming to terms with your infection . This is to be expected and you will get there in time .

You will not infect a man of 20 or 80 from oral sex and being undetectable should be even more of a comfort to you . There have been no fewer than three separate serodiscordant couples studies (where one person is HIV positive, the other negative.) These couples were tracked for three. five and ten years. The couples used condoms for penetrative vaginal and anal sex, but NO BARRIER at all for oral sex. Any kind of oral sex.

These studies yielded NO infections.
