Managing just
« on: September 02, 2020, 09:23:59 am »
Hello all, it’s been a long time since I contributed to the forums.2020 is a ordeal.feb I broke my knee and upper leg ,this resulted in full leg. Cast. Sent to nursing home that had physio ,after a week phumoania set in and I was admitted to Hos just as they where gearing up for Covid.two weeks later tested pos for Covid and a very differcult fortnight followed. Went back to nursing home ,home to my home end of May.
During illness from Covid I was struck by how trippy it was.Now I hardly recognise myself as I am weak and tired not doing physio ,staring at bedroom ceiling . I could say a whole lot more .I don,t think I have ever had such a messed up recovery. Reaching out as I am currently surfing on anxiety attack and am doing what I can to bring myself down.
I hope all my past forum friends are prospering as I still hope to but am struggling to not be a mute mess.

Theyer,....

It's good to hear from you. It has been quite a long time. Sorry to hear, that you have been going through a very difficult time.  Please continue to get better. Take things slow and easy, but continue to move forward in your recovery, day by day.

Ray thank you ,yesterday was particularly bad ,it helped getting it down. Had first visit to Podiatry’s today Since feb and did some food shopping.Pain reduced from the Podiatry’s, So I can now take a daily walk.Though will probably get arrested due to an altercation with a mask less shopper. Home carer Sammy has made lunch ,lucky me, then I plan to crash into sleep. Again Ray thanks to remembering.
I,ve had a brief look at your info so I hope your as fine as you appear to be all the best.
