Sex with an escort

I had sex yesterday with an escort. I was a bit drunk and took more risks than necessary. I do not know her HIV status, other than the fact that the escorts in that place claim to get regularly tested and are very adamant about using protection.

We had unprotected oral sex, I gave her cunnilingus (I had chapped lips, nothing major but they were chapped) and she finished me off by giving me a blowjob without a condom. We also had protected vaginal sex.

At one point she changed my condom, and I didn't notice the state of it, so I'm not sure if it was torn, didn't feel like it was. But then again, I have never experienced a condom being torn so have no idea. All I know is that every time I penetrated her, which wasn't long, I was wearing a condom.

My other concern is that she was lactating. At some point I started to nibble and suck on her breasts and I ingested a bit of milk. Not more than two or three mouthfuls. I did some research and apparently there is some risk to ingesting breast milk for babies, couldn't really find any definitive information or conclusions for adults so I am worried.

I would appreciate it if you were to assess the risk of having contracted HIV from my situation above.

Hi Stealth . You didn't have a risk in any of the activity's you are concerned about .

Cunnilingus isn't a risk for HIV nor is getting a blowjob , even with chapped lips it wasn't a risk . Breast milk and HIV risk are only associated with infants with a developing immune system and poses no risk to adults . Condoms are designed in such a way that when they fail there is no doubt so you had protected vaginal sex and you know that is not a risk . These are the only risk factors for HIV ...

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

From the advice in this forum, I know you guys recommend testing at the 6 week mark. I have decided to take the test for peace of mind.

However, I am curious to know if in your experience, you have seen cases of people who test negative at the 6 week mark who go on to test positive at the 3 month mark.

Other than that, I see many threads in this forum and I can identify with others who freak out and are constantly worried and have anxiety. In your experience, what is a practical way to approach these jitters, when they are unfounded based on your risk assessments?

You didn't have a risk and you are not going to test positive over this incident . I have not seen a 6 week negative turn poz , just to answer your question .

Cunnilingus is not a risk factor for HIV , no one has been infected that way and you will not be the first . You can test today and get a conclusive result that you do not have HIV if this incident is your only concern in the last 3 months .
