You have not had a risk.  Protected sex is not a risk and an intact condom means no risk.  The fact that she may have touched her vagina, before putting on your condom does not create any risk.

The risk factors for HIV are ...

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth.
Very specific health care situations.

Use condoms for vaginal and anal sex consistently and correctly and you will avoid HIV infection, it is that simple.

You have not had a risk and you do not need to test over this incident.

You have not had a risk.  The secretions a woman makes when excited, come from glands near the opening of the vagina and are not infectious for HIV.  Also HIV is a very fragile virus that becomes damaged immediately when leaving the host, where changes in temperature, pH and moisture levels, alter the HIV rendering it unable to infect.

You have not had a risk.

If she touched enfected hiv vaginal water ( maybe her finger entered vagina more than we thought) are there any risk

You have not had a risk for HIV.  Her putting vaginal fluid on her finger is not a risk to you.  You should get on with your life, and put this behind you.
