Alternative treatment

This may not be cool with most of you guys, but you may as well give it a shot. Try the "Tae eul ju" mantra, and see how it influences your health. It can be searched on google. Please post a response if you do.

Welcome to the forums! Care to introduce yourself?

And you plan on finding this cure to AIDS by chanting? Sounds fascinating.

Hi Kami, welcome to the forums.

I'm curious. Are you hiv positive and doing the chanting yourself, or are you hiv negative and wanting us pozzies to try this chanting thing out to see if we're cured? It's quite unclear just where your interest in this lies.

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts

Im HIV negative. This practice can possibly lower your viral load. If you don't believe it, then don't do it.

only HAART lowers viral load, period.

chanting may have meditative qualities to help relieve stress, but it does nothing on a microscopic/viral level

NZ, as a person who is not living with hiv, you are only permitted to post in the Am I Infected, Someone I Care About and Off Topic forums.

Please note that you must have a close relationship with someone who is poz in order to post in the Someone I Care About forum and Off Topic is only for topics that have nothing to do with hiv. The Am I Infected forum is only for people who are questioning their risk of infection or need testing advice. You are not permitted to respond to posts there unless it is your own thread.

Do not post in the forums meant for hiv positive people only again. If you do, you might find yourself banned. Thank you for your cooperation.
