new #'s doc says not to be concerned

got my new lab #'s kinda worried...

my CD4 dropped from 464 to 419 although im still undetecatble for over a year.
my % CD4 dropped as well from 18.2 to 14.6

ive been on atripla for a year now no side effects except a slight rash at the end of the first week of taking it. Now a year later I have a similar rash coming on and it has been spreading somewhat over my back and neck...a little itchy and small red bumps on my back and shoulders and neck...since i saw it coming on ive been trying to be more viigilant about taking the atripla on an empty stomach and drinking alot of water with the pill in addition to all day long. anyone see any signs to have concern? the doc at the clinic says she isnt concerned since im still undetectable...

I think your numbers are AMAZING and inspiring.  Don't worry about that tiny drop, look how far you've come!

yeah to be sure its amazing what the meds have done for me i was so sick a year ago and for the last few years...i just keep having this fear  that its gonna all start sliding back that way again ...

If it drops 150 or so, start worrying, but our CD4's can variate 100 everyday depending on when drawn, so it's not real reliable when less than that.  What does your percentage look like?

         03/09   cd4 464      18.2%
         07/09   cd4 419      14.6%

i think my % had been as low as 4 or 5% when i was diagnosed in spring of 08.

Maybe figure out the cause of the rash.  Push the ID or a dermatogist to figure it out or offer hypothesis.  Skin stuff can be difficult to diagnose. 
The HIV numbers seem in order.  Anxiety - causing the rash?  The rash causing increased anxiety?? How to get out of this loop? Ask professionals...
