I am back from Charleston, and while there... I got my first post-meds viral load.

If any of you remember, I was a bit perturbed that my CD4 count hadn't gone up... which led me straightaway to the conclusion that my virus was resistant to it somehow without having gotten my viral load.

I would just like to say that everyone else was right, and I was wrong.

My viral load is... undetectable.

Oh yes.

Fuck. Yeah. Daddy.

Major thanks to everyone who didn't let me go off the deep end with my very typical worst case scenario-izing. You all were right. So very right.

Atripla is doing what it should! Smash the HIV to bits and put a car park there!

Awesome news. Maybe the Charleston getaway gave your "tude a kick in the right direction." Enjoy the 19 degrees, I will be in Richmond for some client smoozing in a few weeks. Great city! Love staying at the Omni since I can throw back a few down the slip and find my way back. Just hate the damn brick streets! Hell on the heels and I ain't talking Stilettos!

One time, I was really drunk and was walking with some friends of mine through the Jefferson's private drive thing... and I was done with my beer, so I chucked it, and it smashed most satisfactorily all over the road. A security guard came out and asked me if I wanted to go to jail...

I booked it out of there like the KKK was on my trail.

That's the only dealings I've had with the Jefferson... except for drunkenly yelling "go back to Africa!" at groups of rich white people who hang out ini front of it from a moving car.

Richmond is too much fun sometimes.

I find that keeping my verbal MPAA rating at somewhere between R and NC-17 surprises the virus and distracts it... thus allowing its nucleotide reverse transcriptase and non-nucleotide reverse transcriptase to be inhibited.
