R I E N D. ;) But haven't we've known this for like forever, right?
HIV-related dementia was a huge give-away that HIV got in brains. Sustiva (a part of Atripla) was a big deal when it came out because it would cross the blood brain barrier. Not to mention that HAND (HIV-Associated Neurocognitive Disorder) is still quite a problem
I'm guessing this report was just because they finally got a picture of it as proof.

and yuck. look at all that HIV there in that one pix, just lying there waiting to wake up and come out to play. Well that's ok, I've got years of chemicals running around to take care of that crap as soon as it wakes up. (maniacal laugh)
