On 12/20 I hooked up with a guy that was supposed to give me a blow job. He claimed to be DDF and recently tested. Anyway, he proceeded to suck me off for a while and I was relaxing and closing my eyes. He got lots of spit on me then suddenly sat down on my dick. I was inside him for maybe a minute before I put an end to that. He then spit on me again and proceeded to try and jack me off and finger me. He rubbed me so hard with his hand that skin under my head was swollen for about 24 hours. There was no broken skin, just chafed skin. Anyway, I couldn't finish because I was freaked out so I cleaned myself with a towel and hot water, then dried myself.
After reading this forum I think I am at low risk, but the swollen chafed skin is freaking me out. I know I'll never close my eyes again and have always used protection in the past, this guy was just an asshole.
Just to be clear I was the insertive partner for everything except the anal fingering. I am circumcised and know that I was STD free prior to this encounter.
So how screwed am I? Based on what happened would you expect me to test positive or negative? When is the earliest I can get an accurate test regardless of cost?

Technically you had a risk because there was that brief moment of unprotected anal when the guy sat on your dick. But if you are reporting accurately it hardly constitutes a risk. We're talking about a single and very brief incident. The insertive partner is at much lower risk than the receptive partner.
Mainly for your peace of mind you can test initially at 6 weeks. Assuming you get the negative result that I expect you will, then it is very likely you will test negative again at 3 months for a conclusive result.
None of the other activities you mentioned would have put you at risk for HIV transmission.
I expect you to come out of this ok.
