The judgement on whether treatment is working is based on drop in viral load, not on CD4 count gain/loss, so you know nothing til that comes back, and it is wrong (for your doc to suggest?) that you look or wish for more CD4s as proof the 3-in-1 bomb works, indeed you are unlikely to see a massive increase given you have such a high count to start with. Plus, desirable as a great bunch of T cells may be, strictly speaking it ain't necessary to be healthy.
